RCO is looking for Volunteer’s! Get Involved! Make a Difference!
If you love the great outdoors like we do, and you’re looking to make a difference in the lives of others, you have come to the right place! Rugged Cross Outdoors is currently seeking people who have a passion for hunting, fishing and serving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! We are currently seeking passionate people who are driven and have an interest in helping us advance this God ordained outdoor ministry.
How can you make a difference?
We have several volunteer opportunities that may be a good fit for you:
Board of Directors – Secretary: RCO is currently seeking a qualified person for the Secretary position on the Board of Directors. This person would join a group of dedicated individuals elected to govern and oversee the organization’s operations. Specifically, the Secretary is responsible for distributing the meeting agenda and recording the minutes of the meeting. They also ensure that the minutes are filed and organized properly.
Landowner Volunteers: RCO is currently seeking landowners in Wisconsin, and in other states across the Midwest, to aid in establishing or growing our youth, disabled and/or veteran hunts. The size of the event on our land is contingent on your interests and the size of the land you own.
Fundraiser Assistants: RCO is currently seeking 1-2 individuals to assist our Director of Event Planning and Fundraising in promoting RCO and raising funds to advance the ministry.
Field Staff Volunteers: RCO is seeking volunteers to assist with current events already established. We are seeking to increase our teams in the WI, PA and IA. If you’re from another area and would like to develop events in your state, we would be interested in discussing this with you.
